You will evolve from computer shops, service businesses, government agencies, SMEs and large companies. For Operator, you will be asked to collect the problems submitted by users and to look for the causes in order to inform or to refer them to the appropriate people. You will attend and will learn users (IT support) for the use of computers and their peripheral equipment. You will ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment. You can also perform the installation and management of computer networks.
